The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist and spoke English well. The hotel provided a delicious French-style breakfast with a variety of bakery options. The location was convenient, with a short and affordable taxi ride to downtown. The air conditioning worked well throughout our stay.

The staff at this hotel was incredibly welcoming! They made sure every request was met, constantly going above and beyond. the location was perfect, near key public transportation, making it easy to get around the city. the breakfast was delicious - guests had several bakery options to choose from and the coffee was particularly memorable.
The room telephone provided did not reach reception which made it difficult to communicate with hotel staff. despite the hotel's great location, it was a bit difficult to locate the hotel due to ongoing construction in the area.
